MH20 Adjustable Head

The MH20 is a manually adjustable probe head with integral TP20 Touch Probe body allowing use of the TP20 magnetic stylus modules. The A-axis rotates through 315° in the X-Y plane while the The B-axis rotates through 93° in the Z plane. A manually adjusted lever locks the swivel in any position within the movement envelope of the head. The head is capable of carrying the full range of TP20 modules, which can be changed without re-qualification, providing qualification has previously taken place in current head position with each stylus/module combination. Any head adjustment to a new position requires the head to be recalibrated.

MH20 Adjustable Head

The MH20 is suitable for use only on manually operated CMMs where the application does not require constant changing of theprobe angle to access the part features under inspection.
